Project introduction:

The client is a large local building materials company in Pakistan. With the continuous advancement of the "Belt and Road" initiative, Pakistan has vigorously developed its infrastructure, leading to rapid growth in the building materials industry. However, the client faced challenges in capturing market share due to small-scale production and insufficient capacity. Therefore, they sought to introduce a production line with high capacity, low failure rate, and adaptability to various types of concrete products.

The fully automatic production line is equipped with the "Supersonic" QS2000 main unit, complemented by automatic batching, mixing, conveying, curing, stacking, and other devices. It is currently one of the largest single-machine capacity and highly automated pavement brick production lines in Pakistan, with an annual capacity of up to 600,000 square meters of pavement bricks. It can produce various types of large-sized colored permeable pavement bricks, standard bricks, blocks, as well as kerbstones, slope protection bricks, interlocking bricks, hydraulic engineering blocks, and other concrete products, making it highly versatile and practical.
