Permeable paving stone production line solution

In this project, Qunfeng provides customers with "Supersonic" series of fully automatic paver making production lines. In the long-term strategic cooperation, Qunfeng has successively provided 8 "supersonic" series automatic paver production lines to jointly explore the application of sand in the sponge city permeable paver project. Its products are widely used in urban sidewalks and squares. After many years of application, the paver body is intact, and the water permeability is still strong.

Qunfeng provides customers with "supersonic" QS1300 fully automatic block production line in this project. In the case of limited space, Qunfeng provides a building waste block production line with small footprint, high degree of automation and strong building waste consumption capacity.

Curbstone production line solutions​​​​​​​

Qunfeng provides customers with "supersonic" QS1300 automatic block production line in this project. After the project was put into production, the problems of low efficiency of manual operation were abandoned, which not only greatly improved the production efficiency of curbstone, but also produced curbstone with high strength, high wear resistance, and no fading.​​​​​​​

Paving stone production line solutions

In this project, Qunfeng provided customers with two "supersonic" QS1300 fully automatic block production lines. The project includes a number of supporting facilities such as automatic batching and mixing system, automatic forming control system, automatic cubing, etc. The double-line annual output reaches 100 million standard bricks and 800,000 square meters of paving stones.​​​​​​​
