The programmable mother-child vehicle system uses coded positioning and laser ranging, with electromechanical composite braking for more precise positioning during travel, avoiding overrun phenomena. It transfers semi-finished products to the curing kiln for static curing, greatly improving product quality and achieving high-quality fully automated production.

The purchased concrete product production line uses the Qunfeng QS2000 concrete forming machine as the core host. It adopts a high-efficiency four-axis servo vibration system, with a fast forming cycle and low energy consumption. The equipment features an auxiliary mold-changing system for quick mold replacement and is equipped with a rotating material cart for uniform and precise material distribution. Forming parameters can be set according to different brick type requirements, ensuring efficient, energy-saving operation with softer actions. The press head and mold frame can be optionally equipped with magnetic levitation displacement sensors, ensuring accuracy in the press head descent process and achieving a height error within 1mm. The main vibration table uses military-grade alloy materials with special welding and heat treatment processes, ensuring high strength and toughness of the equipment structure.
