Multiple motors, controlled by an integrated motion controller, achieve ultra-dynamic response, maintaining synchronous movement at all times while reducing energy consumption by over 12%, increasing excitation efficiency by more than 10%, and boosting vibration initiation speed by over 20%. The pressing head and mold frame are equipped with magnetic levitation displacement sensors to ensure the precision of the pressing head descent process, achieving product height errors within 1mm. This product attracted a large number of visitors as soon as it was unveiled.
