On January 19, the “General Technical Requirements for Automatic Block Production Line” industry standard project review meeting (hereinafter referred to as the “review meeting”) hosted by the National Building Materials Industry Machinery Standardization Technical Committee and undertaken by Qunfeng Machinery was successfully held in Quanzhou, Fujian.

The industry standard “General Technical Requirements for Automatic Block Production Line” was drafted by Fujian Qunfeng Machinery Co., Ltd. The main object of its discussion is the concrete automatic block production line, which is suitable for the complete set of automatic production line equipment for producing concrete blocks with cement and admixtures as the main cementing materials, and sand, stone, fly ash, slag, coal gangue, construction waste recycled aggregate, etc. as the main raw materials. After the standard is formulated, it can guide the rise and development of the industry with standardized guidance and unified planning, and make it step into the new building materials road of high automation and greening.
Zhang Sicheng, Secretary-General of the China Aerated Concrete Association, combined with the relevant regulations of industry standard management, put forward three hopes: first, the technical content of the standard should play a leading role. Through high standards to force industrial upgrading, promote the high-end, green and intelligent development of the industry. Second, members of the review group should actively participate in the standard formulation work and boldly discuss the clauses in the draft for review. Third, it is hoped that the drafting unit will expand the scope of opinion solicitation and strictly implement the standard formulation work. He said that Nan’an, as the “hometown of brick machines in China”, is a gathering place for the production of concrete block molding machines in China. The review meeting of the industry standard project “General Technical Requirements for Automatic Block Production Line” held in Nan’an is a great incentive and spur to the block molding machine production enterprises in Nan’an. At this meeting, the compilation instructions, opinion solicitation summary table, standard text (draft for review) and other materials of the “General Technical Requirements for Automatic Block Production Line” were reviewed item by item, and modification opinions were put forward. In the end, the review committee unanimously agreed to pass the review of the draft for review of the standard, and required the drafting work group to carefully modify it according to the expert review opinions of the standard review meeting, and report the modified standard approval draft and related documents on time.
As the main drafting unit of the industry standard “General Technical Requirements for Automatic Block Production Line”, Qunfeng Machinery has actively participated in and supported the formulation of national and industry standards in the industry for many years. Up to now, it has deeply participated in the drafting and revision of more than 30 national and industry standards, and has won more than 300 patents for inventions, utility models, and appearances.
