Recently, Qunfeng Machinery's technical team has assisted a client in Gansu Province in upgrading their production capacity. The Qunfeng QS1500 fully automatic concrete product production line is about to be put into production, partnering with the Gansu client to contribute to infrastructure upgrades.

The new policies bring fresh directions to Gansu's infrastructure industry. In response to the Gansu provincial government's call for ecological civilization construction and new urbanization, a large local sand and gravel aggregate production base proactively contacted Qunfeng. They sought to introduce Qunfeng's solid waste treatment equipment to expand their existing construction waste recycling business. After a series of research, investigations, and multiple rounds of brand comparisons, the client discovered that Qunfeng's fully automatic concrete product forming equipment not only adapts to making bricks from recycled construction waste but also outperforms similar products in different production capacities. Eventually, the company purchased a QS1500 fully automatic concrete product production line from Qunfeng.

The Qunfeng QS1500 fully automatic concrete product production line is equipped with a low-level palletizing line and a film wrapping machine, which significantly reduces labor costs and accelerates production efficiency through fully automated intelligent operation. The low-level palletizing line features an automatic re-stacking system, enhancing pallet recycling efficiency. The production line's programmed mother and child car system employs coded positioning and laser ranging with electromechanical composite braking, ensuring precise positioning and avoiding overrun phenomena. This system transports semi-finished products to the curing kiln, greatly improving product quality and achieving high-quality fully automated production.

The QS1500 fully automatic concrete product production line, at its core, features the QS1500 concrete product forming machine. This model has undergone comprehensive upgrades in automation, product quality, and energy consumption control. It is equipped with a 5G IoT remote module for real-time remote monitoring of equipment operating status, intelligent analysis and diagnostics, and remote parameter modification, reducing production downtime and maintenance costs. It features a dual-control rotating feeding system ensuring uniform feeding, minimizing the height difference of products. The press head and mold frame areas can be optionally equipped with magnetic suspension displacement sensors, ensuring precision during the press head descent, achieving a height error of within 1mm. The main machine's vibration platform uses military-grade alloy materials and special welding and heat treatment processes, ensuring high strength and toughness of the equipment structure.
