According to Xinhua News Agency on November 2nd, since the outbreak of the latest Israel-Palestine conflict on October 7th, the Israeli Defense Forces' operations in the Gaza Strip have resulted in 8,796 casualties. As of now, the conflict has claimed over 10,000 lives on both sides, including more than 3,500 children. UNICEF has called for a ceasefire to ensure the safety of children amidst the conflict.

The conflict has also spread to neighboring countries. On October 12th, Israel targeted two major airports in Syria with airstrikes, causing significant damage to local infrastructure. Additionally, southern Lebanon was bombed by the Israeli military on October 8th. Egypt, Turkey, Iran, and other regional powers continue diplomatic efforts to prevent further escalation, while also urging swift humanitarian aid to civilians.

Latest developments in various countries

Egypt: Egypt hosted the Cairo Peace Summit on October 21th, inviting leaders, representatives, and UN delegates from over 30 countries to discuss resolutions for the escalating Israel-Palestine conflict, urging both parties to cease fire.

Turkey: On November 4th, Turkey issued a statement recalling its ambassador from Israel due to ongoing Israeli attacks on civilians in Gaza. Israel's refusal to heed the call for a ceasefire and the resulting difficulties in humanitarian aid delivery to Gaza prompted this action.

Iran: According to the "Axios" news outlet on November 14th, Iran conveyed a message through the United Nations to Israel, emphasizing that Iran would intervene if Israel continued its actions in the Gaza Strip.

Jordan: Xinhua News Agency reported that on November 1st, the Jordanian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced the recall of Jordan's ambassador to Israel due to the "unprecedented humanitarian crisis" caused by the ongoing Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

Syria: Local Syrian media outlet "Sham Radio" reported that on October 12th, the Israeli military targeted Damascus International Airport and Aleppo Airport. Due to runway damage, both airports were paralyzed, exacerbating the already dire situation in Syria.

The attack on the Golan Heights

On the evening of October 10th local time, the Israeli military stated that rockets were fired from Syria towards northern Israel from the Golan Heights. In response, the Israeli forces used artillery and mortars to retaliate against Syrian positions. According to Syrian media on the 11th, the Israeli government instructed Golan Heights settlers to stay near shelters and deployed additional troops to the Golan Heights.

The Golan Heights is a narrow strip in the southwest of Syria. After the Third Middle East War in 1967, Israel occupied the Golan Heights, which originally belonged to Syria, and has since controlled and administered the area. Israel has refused to return this strategic area, although the international community does not generally recognize it as Israeli territory.

Given the continuous conflict, the infrastructure in the Golan Heights and surrounding areas has suffered severe damage. This spill-over from the Israel-Palestine conflict has heightened tensions in the Golan Heights. One of Quanfeng's Syrian clients' factories is only 60 kilometers away from the Golan Heights. Despite the challenges, the production line continues to operate smoothly, providing essential construction materials for local reconstruction efforts.

Qunfeng's Involvement in Post-Conflict Reconstruction

Due to the unique nature of the industry, many international clients purchase equipment from Qunfeng to participate in post-war and post-disaster reconstruction. To ensure that construction equipment can reach clients' facilities smoothly and complete equipment commissioning and production under extreme conditions, Qunfeng's team has made numerous trips to conflict zones, accumulating valuable experience. In 2021, Qunfeng's technical engineering team risked the dangers of the pandemic and conflict and traveled to Syria. They assisted Syrian clients in commissioning production lines, ensuring the smooth progress of construction work, and ultimately delivering the "Supersonic" QS1300 fully automatic block production line, contributing to Syria's post-war reconstruction. This effort received recognition not only from Chinese state media such as People's Daily and China Daily but also had a significant positive impact locally.

The molding vibration system of Qunfeng QS1300 fully automatic block production line adopts an efficient servo vibration system. It operates at high speed, achieving high-frequency vibration with quick response and low noise. Taking standard bricks as an example, this model improves the molding speed per board by 3 to 4 seconds compared to similar models in the market, effectively enhancing production efficiency. After being put into operation, the equipment received high praise from customers. Mr. Mohammed, a customer from Syria, mentioned that Qunfeng's equipment utilizes advanced technology, producing concrete products that meet international standards. It has assisted him in securing numerous post-war reconstruction orders.
