Product Description

QM1200 adopts the U-shaped vibration system independently developed by Qunfeng, which is a creative application in China. Compared with the traditional table vibration brick making machine, QM1200 performs better in terms of noise reduction, molding speed, production efficiency and product compactness. The closed pigment feeding cart has an anti-mixing mechanism system, which effectively improves the quality of the surface layer of the product. The complete automatic line can produce concrete products such as permeable bricks, PC bricks, hollow bricks, pavement bricks, curbstones, blocks, etc. on a large scale, realizing a high degree of automation.
