Project introduction:

The customer is a local building materials company in Guatemala. Due to frequent earthquakes in Guatemala, the majority of urban buildings are low-rise structures, leading to the widespread use of convenient and flexible masonry blocks in urban construction. The customer utilizes concrete and volcanic ash as raw materials to produce blocks locally.

Qunfeng has developed customized versions of the QS2000 and QS1300 concrete product molding machines for the customer, tailored to accommodate volcanic ash brick production solutions. The resulting blocks have high strength and stable surface layers. After the production line was put into operation, it has been running smoothly, assisting the customer in staying at the forefront of the local construction industry.
