Project introduction:

The client is a highly influential state-owned enterprise in Gansu Province, which has been dedicated to urban infrastructure construction for many years. They actively participate in municipal engineering, road and bridge construction, and real estate development projects in Gansu Province. In 2020, the client initiated a tender for a solid waste brick production line for an old city renovation project. Qunfeng's highly customized solution for a simplified solid waste brick production line stood out, as it can adapt to various solid waste materials and requires minimal production space, ensuring maximum capacity while significantly reducing construction costs for the client.


On August 1, 2023, the QS1300 solid waste processing production line, designed, manufactured, and provided with full installation and training services by Qunfeng Machinery, was officially put into operation in the Hexi region of Gansu Province. This solid waste processing production line will be involved in the renovation of old city areas and road and bridge construction projects in the Hexi region of Gansu Province. By producing bricks from solid waste, it achieves the dual goals of resource utilization and environmental protection, effectively promoting the construction of a 'Zero Waste City' in Gansu Province.
