Over the past month, the Qunfeng Vietnam team has traveled across the country, from the northern province of Gia Lai to the southern province of An Giang, covering a total distance of over 2,100 kilometers. During the journey, they visited a total of 24 new and existing customers, delivering sincere service and conveying Qunfeng's care and concern for its users.

During this 2,100-kilometer service journey, the Qunfeng team visited a total of 24 customers, and the machines of all 24 customers were running stably. At each site visit, the Qunfeng team provided comprehensive machinery inspection services and on-site operation training. Gia Lai Province: Humanized after-sales service, trustworthy service

The first stop of this Vietnam journey was Gia Lai Province, located in the northern mountainous region of Vietnam. Due to rugged mountain roads, it took several hours just to reach the customer's location. After understanding the customer's difficulties, the Qunfeng Vietnam team decided to make the first service stop there. After a few hours of bumpy travel, the Qunfeng Vietnam team finally arrived at the customer's site. They found that the customer's operation of the machine was not yet standardized. Therefore, after inspecting and upgrading the equipment, the Qunfeng team's engineers provided on-site operation guidance to help the customer familiarize themselves with the specific details of operation, avoiding potential issues and solving the customer's primary concerns.

An Giang Province: Focused and meticulous, earning praise from Qunfeng Machinery

July is the rainy season in Vietnam, and muddy roads posed the first obstacle for the engineers. After a long and bumpy journey of three hours, the Qunfeng Vietnam team arrived in An Giang Province. This customer in An Giang has been a long-term partner of Qunfeng, deeply engaged in the building materials industry for over a decade. The customer expressed that Qunfeng's equipment has been stable and durable during long-term use, with a very low failure rate, ensuring the smooth operation of the factory.
