Features:

The equipment adopts concealed high-frequency feeding micro-vibration and rotating blade feeding system, which makes the feeding more efficient. It can produce high-strength pavement bricks with surface layer, slope protection bricks, terrazzo tiles, clay bricks, etc.

Main Technical Features:

1. Energy saving: hydraulic -electric servo system is adopted, which can save energy by 30% compared with ordinary motors;

2. More accurate feeding: the dual-motor material distribution system controls the front and rear material distribution time of the same pallet bricks, to achieve  balanced material distribution;

3. Low noise, faster and more uniform feeding: Equipped with a vibrating table micro-vibration system, the vibration feeding is faster and more uniform, and the noise is lower;

4. It can produce dry PC terrazzo tiles.
