Recently, the training course on tunnel engineering and technology for developing countries, hosted by the Ministry of Commerce and organized by Fujian Foreign Economic Cooperation Center, visited the production base of QUNFENG Machinery. Nearly 30 construction engineering technical experts and government officials from Costa Rica, Ethiopia and Nigeria went into the workshop with the team of QUNFENG to examine QUNFENG's automated and modernized production equipment and production mode, and started an in-depth technical exchange journey together.

The training course first visited the advanced production equipment in the machine shop and assembly shop of QUNFENG Machinery, and witnessed the digitalized and efficient operation of QUNFENG Machinery's production base. The digital production base of QUNFENG Machinery has more than 300 sets of advanced production equipments at home and abroad, such as CNC machining centers, automatic heat treatment production lines, fiber optic cutting machines, CNC gantry machining centers, shot blasting machines, three-coordinate articulated arms and so on, which enable “QUNFENG Smart Manufacturing” to realize standardization, streamlining and scaling up. The training course members have stopped to visit the CNC gantry machining center, and they marveled at the excellent precision control performance of the machine tool and its ability to handle special parts with strict precision requirements.

As the tour continues, the training course arrived at the finished product workshop. Facing this series of advanced concrete molding equipment, they paid special attention to the performance characteristics and practical applications of each type of equipment. After getting a first-hand experience of the excellent performance of the equipment, the training course continued their exploration to the sample brick display area. Here, experts in the field of architectural engineering technology from various countries discussed with the team the characteristics and application scenarios of various types of bricks, such as cornerstones and imitation stone bricks, produced by QUNFENG's brick-making equipment. In view of the rapid development of infrastructure construction in their respective countries, the demand for high-quality building materials is particularly urgent, and many members of the training course expressed their strong willingness to cooperate, hoping to introduce the automatic concrete production line of QUNFENG to produce high-quality building materials, and to contribute to their own country's infrastructure business and economic development.
