QUNFENG Fully-Automatic Block Making Plant Has Been Put into Operation in Libya

QUNFENG "Supersonic" QS2000 fully-automatic block making plant was successfully put into operation in Libya recently. QUNFENG sent a special technical group to assist local clients for installation and operation.

A decade of turmoil has devastated Libya's economy, especially the local infrastructure such as buildings, bridges and roads. This time, QUNFENG "Supersonic" QS2000 Fully-Automatic Block Making Plant was successfully put into operation in Libya, which will provide high quality concrete products such as pavement bricks, concrete blocks and roadside stones to the local community.

The client is one of the largest construction companies in Libya, which has a branch in Dubai. Considering the local situation and development needs, the customer began to conduct detailed investigation and comparison of many famous building materials machinery manufacturers in the world in 2018, and finalized the cooperation with QUNFENG Machinery in March 2020. In September of the same year, the order was successfully.

QUNFENG "Supersonic" QS2000 is currently the flagship host equipment with large production capacity and high degree of roof tiles automation, which can achieve a high degree of automatic production. The core system adopts the advanced four-axis servo vibration system, which can achieve high frequency vibration with low amplitude. Equipped with an energy recovery unit, the excess electric energy can be recovered to the power grid; the mold adopts airbag fastening and damping design, which can improve the quality of products and reduce the noise effectively.
