QPV600HS is a single-product model. It adopts the static pressure forming process of the surface layer wet material and the base layer dry material. Through 600t large pressing force, precise cloth, servo palletizing and other technologies, it can produce high-quality and large-size semi-dry and wet double-layer PC large plate. The degree of automation is high, the demoulding form is upper demoulding, and the output of semi-dry and wet double-layer PC slabs is high. It is suitable for enterprises that focus on dry and wet double-layer large boards to invest in production.

This series of equipment adopts the wet static pressure forming process, and produces various high-quality, large-scale PC slabs and PC curb stone concrete products through 600t large pressing force, upper and lower two-way water filtration, precise distribution, servo cubing and other technologies. The unique process design makes the product performance index comparable to that of natural stone, among which the freeze-thaw resistance is particularly outstanding. After secondary deep processing such as sandblasting and water washing, it can meet various architectural aesthetic requirements.
